Trevligt Attefallshus i ett lugnt område.
Vårt Attefalshus ligger i ett familjevänligt villa område nära till skog och på cykel avstånd till de kritvita sand stränderna som Åhus är känd för. Det finns goda kommunikationer till mataffärer, centrum och Kristianstad. Man kan med cykel eller en skön promenad ta sig till Åhus hamn. Huset bjuder på alla bekvämligheter som full utrustad kök och husgeråd, AC, golv värme, tvättmaskin, Wifi etc. Skulle ni missa något i huset kan ni alltid knacka på vår dörr som är er närmaste granne.

Diverse köksredskap samt kaffekokare. I anslutning finns vardagsrummet med TV, samt bäddsoffa (2 platser). Sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderober. Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med dusch, WC och tvättmaskin. I närheten finns den berömda Åhusbryggan, Restaurang och hotell med spa ”Åhus Seaside”

Välkommen till vår kära attefallsstuga! Denna stuga är belägen på Äspet i Åhus, med 200 meter till havet samt kronoskogen. Det är ca 1,5 km till centrum där hamnen och alla restauranger ligger! Gäster har tillgång till egen altan samt en parkeringsplats bredvid stugan. Två cyklar finns att låna. Sängkläder & handdukar finns på plats, Ifall man vill hyra, 300kr. Detta måste isåfall meddelas innan ankomst. Städning sker som överenskommet utav hyresgästen dagen man åker hem.

Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

In the woods close to the sea
160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
