Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Welcome to our annex of approximately 50 m² – a newly renovated, charming and private accommodation with its own patio. The annex is located next to our family's house but is completely secluded with its own entrance. The location is good – here you are close to most things: About a 15-minute walk to the beach. 10 minutes to the harbor with several restaurants. 5 minutes to larger grocery stores (ICA Kvantum or Willys) For families with children (or playful adults!), we also offer access to soccer goals and a basketball hoop. We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.
