Cozy house for rent this summer in Kr.sand. Great lake views and lots of sun. Centrally located in Vågsbygd, 5 minutes drive from Kvadraturen. Very child-friendly area with several beaches, playgrounds right nearby. Lekeland, Vågsbygd center, cafes and lots of restaurants are also in the immediate area, plus forest and bathing water right next to it. Sun from early morning to almost 9 pm in the evening. Short distance (about 10-15 minutes) to both the Zoo (with water park) and Sørlandssenteret.

Pleasant villa with large terrace, garden and hot tub.

At this place, your family can stay close to everything. The location is central, in the middle of Vågsbygd city center, a short distance to the playground, Amfi center/grocery store, a ferry to Bradgøya, and a short drive to the zoo. Only rent to families and no pets allowed. We also have a cat named Kosen, but he has his own cat flap down in the shed in the garden so that he doesn't have to be in the house when it is rented out. No smoking on the property and no pets allowed.
