Cabin on Flekkerøy with a lovely view of Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, undisturbed outdoor area, fire pan and grill. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for children with large lawns and a small playground within 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny veranda/terrace on both sides. Nice, large hiking areas. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and wonderful nature. It also has a ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Øygarden

Øygarden is an old family farm located in scenic surroundings at Grislevann in Lindesnes. The house is very old, but restored to today's standard even though much of the old wood has been used further. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom. The house has an outdoor living room with a fireplace and TV. There is also a greenhouse where you can enjoy life and snack on local vegetables. By the water there is a beach and boats you can borrow. There are great hiking trails in the surrounding area. It is also great to go fishing for trout in the water

Holiday apartment with jetty. 7 min. to Dyreparken.

Combine a vacation by the sea with a visit to Dyreparken. Great for family and grandparents. The apartment is 100 m2 and is on the 2nd floor of our house with its own entrance. Own private part of the jetty with furniture and 3 sun loungers. Swimming right from the dock or a 3-minute walk to small beaches in the area. Nice playground right by the house. Hamresanden with a great beach is only a 5-minute drive away. 12 minutes walk to the bus. Guests must bring bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels. Parking is just outside.

Wilderness Tower - TreeTop Fiddan

Located in the middle of the Sørland wilderness between two lakes far from people and roads. Treetop cabin with 4 floors - a real return to nature experience! Great level of comfort with great beds, panoramic views, and well-equipped kitchen. The only heat source is the wood stove and the cabin is lit only with candles and battery lamp. Good old-fashioned outhouse down on the forest floor. Fire pit, canoe, rowboat, carpenter's workshop and climbing net can be used freely. Hot tub and sauna have an extra cost.

Cottage, boat, spa, private dock, Lillesand

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Sørland cabin “Fjordblick” with dock, boat + fishing

Cozy vacation home by Lenefjorden with stunning fjord views. Large terrace with whirlpool provides perfect opportunities for relaxation. Your own boat and private dock make it easy to fish, swim, and explore the fjord. Haus Fjordblick is a registered tourist fishing business, and we issue the necessary export documentation for fish. Lyngdal city center with shops, restaurants and activities is only 7 km away. The area offers great hiking and excursion opportunities for the whole family.

A spacious and upgraded family cabin full of character, featuring its own private, shallow beach. Located just 15 minutes from Evje, this cabin offers total peace, bright summer nights, and the ultimate atmosphere for relaxation. For the adventurous, we offer use of a rowboat, canoe, and paddleboards, with excellent fishing right outside. The area is good for hiking in the summer and the snow-sure Høgås ski center is only a 10-minute drive away and offers excellent cross-country trails.

Grimstad: Cabin close to the sea

Modern cabin with lake view and all amenities, on Vessøyneset, between Arendal (10 min) and Grimstad (10 min). Built in 2015, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large, open living room/kitchen solution. Spacious terrace and a short distance to Norway's finest beaches. Grimstad and Arendal offer southern idyll, cafes and cultural experiences. 3 parking spaces. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet rett ved vakre Nidelva er dette plassen. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
