A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen equipment, WiFi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private front door. Perfectly suited to a couple or small family. Tenants have a front yard at the front of the house. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! the walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic from the road. very soon there will be a big whole year jacuzzi available! Beautiful new apartment with 2 bedrooms for rent by the sea on Flekkerøy. 200 meters to public pier, sandy beach and hiking areas. Local cafe, shop and ice cream bar within walking distance. 20 min by car to the city center and 25 min by car to the zoo and Sørlandssenteret shopping. Hot tub is installed and keeps 38 degrees.
