Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and wonderful nature. It also has a ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The annex consists of 1 large room + bathroom. New kitchen in bright colors. 2 induction hobs, oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Dining table with 4 dining chairs 1 wicker chair New bathroom with shower, underfloor heating 1 family bunk bed (120 cm below and 90 cm above) + a single bed Porch with good sun conditions (new porch and stairs will be installed in spring 2025) Picnic table with benches garden chairs The tenant brings their own beddings and towels. Electricity is included. Final cleaning is required. Smoke free No pets allowed

Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand city center, 10 min to Golf Club, 15 min to Zoo and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama (Water park) and it is about 1.5 km from the lake (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 11 pm Mon-Sat).

Proximity to shop (2 km), Kristiansand City Centre with restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25 min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, divided into main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer as in winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.
