The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV screens. Built-in terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 2 bedrooms with double beds.

Cozy cabin just by the river.

Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and wonderful nature. It also has a ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Great newly built architect cabin. 3 goals undisturbed plot down to the lake, private jetty and diving board. The cabin is built with the best material choices. A total of 5 bedrooms (3 extra mattresses possible on the 2nd floor) 2 bathrooms, large and airy dining room and living room with fireplace and magical views of Kvåsefjorden. Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way up and possibility for charging electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that keeps 40 degrees all year round. Beautiful Sauna.
