Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card by email.

We are from New Zealand and stayed with Valmira and Jens for a night. The place was so nice and clean — it felt like home sweet home after a long journey. The couple who owns the place are incredibly kind. She even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens for breakfast, along with beautiful flowers from her garden. I felt very comfortable in the apartment! As a solo traveler, it was particularly important to me that the accommodation was safe, clean and well located – and all this was absolutely fulfilled. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished, bright and offers everything you need for a short or longer stay. I particularly liked the comfortable bed, the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet location – ideal for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was also smooth, friendly and fast. I would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation – especially for solo travelers who appreciate comfort and privacy.
