The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (seasonal) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It can accommodate 6-7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

Double & Single room in quiet & cosy villa

16 minutes from Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a quiet and cosy house, two rooms are available: a small double room (bed 140cm) and a single room (bed 90cm) for 3 guests. There is also a nice garden. There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.

Villa des Roses (blue room)

The room is located on the first floor of the factory villa we live in, which is only 3 minutes from Wetzikon train station. You share the bathroom/toilet with the guests of the green room. Breakfast is not included, but I am happy to offer a breakfast agreed with you. (Cost per person per day CHF 10.00) The kitchen can only be used for warming up by microwave and a small compartment in the fridge is ready for you The garden is for free use.
