There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house has been renovated and is technically up to date, including electric roller shutters, satellite TV, fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime and Disney+. Trampoline, playground, hammocks, sun loungers and a large terrace with a porch swing, hot tub and gas grill.

By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.

Quiet in the countryside, just a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. On the other hand, a true dog paradise with lots of nature for long walks, for paddling and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. In addition, there are bathing spots and playgrounds.
