Vacation rentals with a patio in Krathi

The unit was walking distance to all. Plaka beach was a 2-3 minute walk. Away from city square which was perfect because the town parties late and you don’t hear it. Mini mart on same block and supermarket around the corner. We were very happy with location. No views but it didn’t matter. Short walk to all restaurants in town .

Charming little cozy loft, just 20 minutes from the Arachova ski resort. Location easy to find, and parking on the side of the house. A special touch from the owner was having wood pallets ready for the fireplace, making it even more comfortable after a long day in the snow. The warm welcome, complete with a bottle of wine, was truly thoughtful!

Very beautiful apartment, fully equipped and more. Very comfortable bed. Also on the positive side the cleanliness and communication with the host!

We were hosted very well by Dimitri's mother, who explained how the apartment works. The accommodation is comfortable for a pleasant stay. We will come back without hesitation if we return to this area.

The most beautiful house I've ever booked. It was all modern, next to the sea and the shops. We had the apartment with the big balcony that was enchanting at night. The host was very welcoming and helpful in everything. There's parking outside the house and everything was great.

Don't think twice, this is the right place to take in this city. The only downside is the number of stairs to the apartment, but it's totally marginal if you're not physically disabled. The apartment is lovely, clean, tidy, equipped. The landlady is very supportive and very friendly. If I go back to the city again, this is the place I'd choose. There's no doubt. Beautiful and cozy place to stay. The table was set when we arrived, which was such a welcoming sight after a long journey. The location was great, it was as described, and the host helped us park which was very kind and appreciated. The host left snacks as well and had coffee and tea available. There is also a washing machine and access to a balcony outside where you can hang your clothes to dry. Could not recommend more.

We loved our stay in Efi's apartment, cozy and the very warm hosts gave us a wonderful welcome. It was a nice exchange through the visit of their estate and garden. The place is located in the vineyards in a beautiful surrounding nature a few steps from the old Nemée. It's perfect for visiting. In addition they have a restaurant. Everything was very good! Maria’s apartment was a perfect stay for our place in Patras. It was easy to find and although our arrival had been slightly delayed Maria was kind enough to wait and walk us through check in. It had everything we needed and Maria was also kind enough to drop off an ironing board for us. The apartment was immaculate and she had left it fully stocked which was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was having such a secure spacious parking space and very good air conditioning. Thank you Maria!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Villa for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the amazing atmosphere. Highlights were the pool, sauna and the kitchen with a view of the pool and garden. We did yoga every morning in the garden (great that two mats were provided!) and had fun with the friendly neighbour and two adorable dogs. The owners and neighbour were incredibly kind, offering great recommendations and advice. The warmhearted atmosphere truly reflects my impression of Greece (my first visit, but definitely not the last)! Loutraki is lovely, with everything you need nearby, and we also enjoyed a night at the casino just 5 minutes from the villa. I’d love to come back! Thank you!

The village and scenery are just magical, the house just like in the photos, had everything we needed, the locals extremely kind. You can take a nice walk in the village, Kalavryta is 40 minutes by car, Panagia Plataniotissa 10 minutes. The view is magnificent and the village very quiet. Thank you very much!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

The apartment faces the sea, almost on the beach. Everything was perfect in this apartment, everything is new and quality. The decoration is neat and you feel good in this large apartment. The small town of Kirra is charming and peaceful.
