Willebrordus is een moderne studio (met 2 fietsen) in een van de gezelligste wijken van Rotterdam: het Liskwartier! De studio heeft een voor- en achterkamer. In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

This apartment is located at the Kralingse plan; at the heart of Rotterdam’s upscale neighborhoods but most importantly its close to metro’s and across the road of Rotterdam’s main park; the perfect spot for jogging, sailing or picnic. Aside from finding ample recreational facilities right out the front door, shops and supermarket are just a stone throw away. Whereas the apartment itself is spaces at 80m2.

It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. Welcome to the most green, charming & historical area of the city of Rotterdam. 🌱 Kralingen (next to city center Rotterdam) is known because of its beautiful park with a 5 km lake, restaurants and authentic architecture. We are sailors, on our way to the Mediterranean , which gave us the opportunity to share our luxurious loft.
