The apartment on the Animathor has been completely renovated, but is still very much a boat. Your apartment is in the front of the ship. It has a private entrance, kitchen, a deck terrace and a fantastic view. The boat has three levels, there is a salon, a bedroom and bathroom below and a roof terrace on the top deck. You can reach the boat by an easy gangway.

A wonderful location for both business and pleasure. This apartment is located at the Kralingse plan; at the heart of Rotterdam’s upscale neighborhoods but most importantly its close to metro’s and across the road of Rotterdam’s main park; the perfect spot for jogging, sailing or picnic. Aside from finding ample recreational facilities right out the front door, shops and supermarket are just a stone throw away. Whereas the apartment itself is spaces at 80m2.

In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.

- Perfect for long stays , minimum stay is 1 month except last minute Recently renovated apartment of 100m2 on the second floor. With everything you need, think of large TV, walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer, quooker faucet, Dyson vacuum cleaner, etc. The 1901 apartment was recently totally renovated! (underfloor heating, insulation, energy label a)
