Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Here you get it quiet and peaceful. You can wander on the beautiful forest roads, pick blueberries and just enjoy the quiet enjoy. To the nearest bathing lake Rismåla Göl, it is only 4 km. In winter, you can ski in Svartbäcksmåla - where you can get in 10 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store is located in Nybro, approx. 7 km. You can easily get to different places in Glasriket by car within 60 minutes, like for example Kosta. Kalmar Castle and also Öland are only 4 miles away. Dogs are welcome. Guesthouse at 35m3 and loft approx. Each own house is next to it. The house is only available for two adults. We live 10 km from Borgholm. The guesthouse is located on 2.5 hectares of private forest land. Price p/night is incl. Bed linen and swimming, kitchen towels. Arrival after 3pm departure before 10am. Our guests are not allowed to accommodate their own guests. There is no electric car charging at the guesthouse. The nearest charging area can be found in Köpingsvik (6km). Guests leave the guesthouse clean after themselves.
