She belongs to our daughter, who has decided to move to the center of Klagenfurts and thus the apartment is available for guests. The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 square meter terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Lake Klopein, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

We spent a month of parental leave here for two with our 8 month old daughter and two dogs. Annelies looked after us on site and was always super friendly, accommodating and accessible at any time. The property is completely fenced, the terrace can be locked individually. The kitchen has everything you need and for babies there is a crib and now also a high chair available.

Great short break!🥰 We were lucky that Simone's Knusperhäuschen was still available on our first wedding day. Everything corresponded exactly to the description and this view 😍 a dream! Even if only briefly, but we were able to unwind and relax, the location is great and you are far away from all the stress. We enjoyed it very much. We did not meet Clarissa herself but the rest of the family and everyone were very nice and helpful, we felt very comfortable. It was very quiet, which we enjoyed, and yet you are in the center of the nice place in a few minutes

I have booked the apartment for my parents. They were absolutely thrilled about Irmgard‘s place. Everything was just as described, clean and very easy to find. Irmgard was a responsive host, with proactive communication and flexible check-in times. The city centre of Klagenfurt can be reached by car in 10min. Next time when we are in Klagenfurt, this is our place to stay. I can only recommend it! :)
