My house, which is about 115 square meters, is quiet, without through traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly things to do in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoirs, ... and attractive towns. From the round balcony (2 house sides) you can enjoy a view of the unobstructed nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
