Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the hours of sunshine) in the garden can also be used.

Eco half-timbered house Black Forest: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cozy farm-house apartment from 1796

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim, SNP Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and technical museum Sinsheim ~ 10 min drive. The event location ‚Landgut Schloss Michelfeld‘ is a 2 minutes walk.

Castle apartment - Manor house A place in the countryside

For 900 years, Hohenhardt Castle has been majestically enthroned on its castle hill, high above the gentle hills of the Kraichgau. The idyllic and remote location, far from the hustle and bustle of the cities and the noise of the streets, creates a place of peace and quiet. Here you can switch off, recharge your batteries and enjoy the breathtaking views from the castle. Or you can just relax in the sun in the picturesque courtyard. A perfect retreat to escape the ordinary.

Discover vineyards, nature, vineyards and surroundings

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Minimum booking: 3 days We are happy to pick up travelers by train from the Wiesloch train station. The comfortably furnished apartment on the upper floor of our two-family house has its own entrance, a wide view of the Kraichgau hills, and a quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The house is powered by solar power and biogas for heating.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Luxurious apartment 'Obelix' in top location

Apartment 'Obelix' The luxuriously refurbished apartment has a private entrance that can be accessed via stairs through the garden. In front of the apartment is a comfortable terrace where you can sit and relax. Inside it offers everything for the family and business traveller alike. Centrally located, all you need is within a short walk: shops, bars, restaurants, a beautiful farmers market (Saturday and Wednesday) or Bruchsal's 17th-century castle.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
