Nice view of the lake. Modern apartment with bright kitchen and living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with a double bed. There is 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor there is a large bedroom with a French balcony, here there are also skylights that let in a lot of light. Nice bathroom with floor heating and shower. Bed linen must be brought.

Welcome to Gåsvannshytta – a hidden gem just 30 minutes from Kragerø. The cabin is located quietly and undisturbed by a toll road, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. Bring drinking water (20 liters are available at the cabin). Refrigerator, freezer and stove are powered by gas. Light and charging via 12V solar system. Fireplace with free firewood. Boat is included - bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season. The cabin must be cleaned before departure. Bring your own bed linen.

Hytta har anneks med en liten dobbeltseng som skrår innover, perfekt om du liker det lite og intimt. Toalett ligger i tilknytning til anneks. Det er ett koselig felleskjøkken Smia på stedet hvor du finner alt du trenger til matlaging. Vi har egen strand og tilbyr kano og sup utleie. Vi har også aktiviteter som pil og bue, øksekast og luftgevær.

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can hike by the water, the lake or the forest. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes walk to the jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Otherwise, Øisangferga goes to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.
