Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with Svaberg, fishing opportunities and swimming beach. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

50 sqm new house with sea view and evening sun! Idyllic!

The guesthouse we rent out is 50 m2. It has been completely renovated and was completed in July 2020. As you can see from the pictures, from the porch you have a magnificent view of the waterfront and the sunset in the evening. Here you can enjoy yourself until late at night. There is little transparency and few neighbors in the immediate vicinity. There is a campground next door. Approx. 6 km to Kragerø town centre. Close to the forest and close to the lake, here you get everything you need :-) Check out: 11 am Check-in: after 4 pm We have a NO party policy. Animals are not allowed.

The garden house is part of a property with two residences, and you will occupy one of them. The area is part of the iconic section of Kragerø town from the artist's heyday in the late 1800s. The house is set back from the street, offering a secluded and undisturbed location. The house is a cozy little white wooden house in Risør city center. Here you can enjoy a coffee on the porch in the morning sun. The house is suitable for anyone who likes to combine the sea and the city on vacation. There is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. You just have to walk 180 meters to buy a delicious soft ice cream. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and go for a walk in the woods. At Krana you can swim in the sea and rent a kayak.
