Great child-friendly cabin on Skåtøy for rent in the middle of Kragerø's finest archipelago. Located at Kirkesund/Helleseng and easily accessible by car (+ ferry) all the way up. (See Farte ferry for ferry times) Included 2-4 parking spaces on private property. The cabin is located in quiet undisturbed surroundings with large terrace around the entire cabin with sun all day and overlooking Hellesengtjenna . Behind the cabin there is a large lawn with opportunities for various games and play as well as a small herb garden. Water is installed in the cabin from the municipal water line +sewage. There is a child-friendly cabin with beds for 13 adults +1 baby bed. The 1st floor consists of 4 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and separate toilet. Living room and dining room are in one large living room incl. a well-equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor there is a sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV and a bed with room for two. In addition, a detached annex with a double bed, electricity and its own toilet, as well as a shower on the outside. There is no wifi in the cabin, but otherwise good mobile coverage. Short way to walk from the cabin to a nice jetty with bathing stairs and room for 1-2 boats . Possibility to swim, sun and barbecue, nice view over the fjord, late evening sun and sheltered from the wind. A 10 foot pioneer dinghy/rowboat and two kayaks will also be available, 2-3 bikes as well as various toys and games. Opportunities in the area: Skåtøy has fantastic hiking opportunities on old roads and trails, rich in flora and fauna. Nice boat trips to Jomfruland and other great islands in the area. At cozy Skåtøy cafe and gallery offers a varied and exciting cultural program during the summer, including its own festival held every year. Skåtøy is the largest island in the Kragerøs archipelago with the most permanent residents. Skåtøy has most of it, and cultural life blossoms all year round. Here there are galleries with exhibitions, concerts, cafe, wooden church, cultural monument and World War II fortress. At the end of Vetre skåtøy is Krikken Kystfort, a German bunker facility from World War II. Shooter digs, gell halls, and underground times are now available to the public and a visit here is an exciting experience with historical buzz. Skåtøy cafe is the island's natural meeting point. Here vacationers, permanent residents, writers, musicians, children, and philosophers sit here. Skåtøy church was built in 1862 is nicknamed Skjærgårskatedralen and is one of the largest wooden churches in the country. The church is located in lovely surroundings in the middle of Skåtøy's narrowest part with a sea view, and it is a popular place for weddings . You have to be outside in good time if you want an archipelago wedding. The ferries connect the islands together and to get to the cabin by car you are dependent on taking the ferry from Kragerø to Skåtøyroa. If you do not have the ferry, it is possible to take the taxis that have their pier right by the ferry. There is no shop on Skåtøy, so action must be done in Kragerø. A visit to Kragerø's famous butcher and sausage maker Brubakken is recommended for the country's largest selection in sausages. The fishing pier offers colds with live fish and lobster and freshly cooked mackerel cakes, a local specialty. Ferry from Kragerø to Skåtøy see ferry times: (fjordbaat) and ferry to Jomfruland and other great islands in the area. There are duvets and pillows for the number of people there are beds for. The tenant must bring along linen kit, i.e., sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels . Alternatively, this can be rented with us, see the list for additional services. The tenant must cover ordinary consumables such as toilet paper, charcoal, tin bag, etc. Key exchange is arranged upon booking. Other opportunities in the neighborhood: Grocery stores, etc. can be found in the center of Kragerø, access via ferry or boat. Golf course at Stabbestad , access via ferry or boat. Local fishing opportunities: In the Kragerø archipelago there is the north - European flat oyster that is considered to be the highest quality, but the Pacific oyster is also available. Mussels can be found in quantities, but important to keep up with the mussel alert ! Beach crab fishing is popular as well as mackerel fishing, etc. On Skåtøy there is a good mushroom terrain, chanterelle and rock mushrooms, etc., as well as funnel chanterns, all the way out in November.

The cabin has 4 bedrooms, fits nicely for both one and two families (2 bedrooms with double bed (180cm) 2 bedrooms with family bunk, 1.20 cm downstairs and 90cm above). DeBed linens and towels must be brought. Large terrace and lawn perfect for ball games,playing, sunbathing,barbecuing and cozy. It is 2 minutes to walk to child-friendly beach/boat dock. Perfect for crabbing, fishing and swimming. From Oslo: Follow E18 to Brokelandsheia, take towards Søndeled and follow Rv 351 towards Øysang about 15 km

Cozy guesthouse in rural property Here are opportunities for barbecuing, ball games and play. We have a dock, beach, bath house and two kayaks that can be rented. Ramp in the entrance is suitable for a stroller or wheelchair. To Risør city center it is 3 km, a nice walk along the fjord. We live on the island of Barmen with bridge connection to the mainland. It is of course possible to drive here by car. In the area there are nice hiking trails. During the winter we often have ice on the fjord and then we can use kicks, skis or ice skating.

The cabin is recently upgraded with new furniture, beds, nice and functional kitchen, large dining area and open solution between kitchen and living room.

This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

497 / 5000 An old farm and main house has been refurbished. The house is idyllically located in a clearing in the woods with a beautiful apple orchard and sheltered surroundings. Just a short walk away you`ll get to several bathing and fishing lakes. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 sleeping alcove - se pictures. I, Helga, work in Tromsø, but I return to my piece of paradise regularly. Pets are welcome,but please use a leash due to wild animals with young in the summer. Welcome to the farm!

Enjoy a bath on one of the island's 2 beaches, play on the large lawns or take a fjord tour in the two accompanying kayaks.

Welcome to "The Pearl by the Point"! This charming home from 1880 is beautifully situated on the outermost row of Tangen, known for its historic white-painted wooden houses and narrow passageways. Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. Nice house 5 meter from the lake (Toke). Two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the nature. The house is old but newly renovated. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock.
