Marvellous sea view, in a complex with a communal pool (the pool is open between 01 June - 15 October), with a large balcony, confortably and luxuriously decorated. In the living room, where there is an L-shape sofa that easily turns into a large bed, there is working area designed for those who works from home. The flat is equipped with a VRF system with cooling/heating functions. Also suitable for guests who want to have a stay with their pets. The flat is for both summer and winter guests.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
