Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

We stayed for 3 adults, 1 child-4 people in August. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset in a quiet complex. As you can see from the photos, it is in a very high location, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials you need are available, but if you are constantly going to make home-cooked meals, there may be kitchen supplies you need to bring in addition. Also, you will definitely need a car to get to the grocery store or beaches no matter how close it is. There is no air conditioning in the house but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony door so you can let the breeze in by opening the whole place. Considering that you will be sitting on the balcony, it would still be good to take precautions for flies. The pool is gorgeous in one word! Immaculately clean and very calm. Away from the noise and crowds, it's perfect for those who want to relax. Ms. Sakine and her husband, Mr. Cihansever, were very caring and helpful from the first day until our departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

I stayed at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time with my family. Everything about the house is perfect. The view, location, etc. There are facilities to meet all your needs. Mr. Ilhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

The room was very clean. The terrace is huge and full sun from 10 am! It is quiet and simply cozy. The beach is minutes walk away. Michalis was always available to us, helpful and we were also allowed to check out later without having to pay more. :) The whole complex is very well maintained and clean. His tavern is really great, the food is super delicious and the breakfast, the bread and the house wine are a clear recommendation from us! We will definitely be happy to come back. We had a great vacation thanks to Michalis' hospitality!

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

The house of Ilias is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. There were extra toys for our young children. The kitchen is well equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only downside, the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we should come back to Kos.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and tidy. Everything was very well thought out and prepared for us. The breakfast and the quality of the breakfast were very good. The environment was very safe, and the parking lot was a great convenience. I can say it was even better than he promised. It will be our first choice on our next Bodrum trip. The place is amazing. You probably need a car to get there but therefore it is very peaceful and quiet. During the day some people walked around the ghost village. In the mornings and evenings we had the village to ourselves and only had company of some very friendly sheep, goats and cats. The house has been thoughtfully renovated, it’s very cosy.

It was the second time I visited the apartment, there have been a few changes (furniture and decorations added) which made it even more beautiful , I didn't want to leave ❤️❤️

I would recommend the stay for anyone looking for a central location in Kos town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lambi beach is also a very short walk. Very friendly and informative host. Apartment was clean and all the amenities available.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

Great and comfortable place with amazing views. You definitely need a car as it is at a distant and high point, but you have the whole sea on your balcony. Kate and Mr. Andreas are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed something, the answer was immediate. The main thing is not pet friendly, which people who have pets are looking for! I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed a week and had a great time in Nikos' accommodation, the apartment matches the description and photos, really very nice, large, clean and super bright! Throughout the house there are mosquito nets, air conditioning, electric shutters in the rooms, wifi, and also everything you need to cook and wash clothes in the house (in addition to the washing machine we also had detergents). The best beaches were 15/20 minutes away by car, so a car is necessary!! Nikos was very helpful, and responsive to answering all our questions. And he also allowed us to postpone the check-out. Highly recommended!!!!
