Such a beautiful home. After being delayed and a long days travel, the house was so nice to arrive to. It was very clean and cosy, showers were nice and hot and the beds were very comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly and the pool was amazing. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. A big big thank you to the hosts for being so friendly and so welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here! See you next year!!

We stayed in Kamals Villa in Dalyan last week with a party of six including 2 late teenagers and grandparents. This Villa and its amenities is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in . It's clean , comfortable, has everything you need like a home from home . It is an easy walk to the local supermarket and shops where you will find plenty of restaurants and things to do and see. The local people are so friendly and welcoming . Kemal was a fantastic host , always ready on txt msg to organise delivery of water and anything else we needed. He also gave us some fish to cook on the bbq which he caught himself . It was delicious. Thank you Kemal and your family for making our stay so special.

We thank Mr. Mustafa, his wife and his sweet daughter :) They hosted our pleasant holiday wonderfully. Everything about the house and garden was much more beautiful than it appeared in the photos. The house was clean, all the furniture in the house was sufficient and tastefully furnished. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom details for each room are a nice detail for 2 families to stay. The size of the pool is very good, and the fact that there is a shower next to it meets this need. The garden is surrounded by greenery and the mulberries we picked from the fruit trees colored our table. The view from the balcony is so magnificent that it made me say 'I'm glad I'm here'. In addition to all this, although the host's house is also located in the same garden, you think you are alone at home with their attentive behavior. They respect privacy. In summary, it is a very peaceful holiday home close to Dalyan. It's impossible not to relax and enjoy :)

Very lovely and cozy house , cute garden and pool , our family really enjoyed it. House is very clean and clutter free. Mr. Tahsin Was very friendly gave us great recommendations, be sure to ask him for beach recommendations, but you will need a car, you can reach beaches , market , Akyaka and so on in 15 - 30 min depending on place. Nearby village have bakery, grocery , vegetable market to get all necessary items. Thank you for hosting us, look forward to visit again.

Villa Ada was amazing. Great location about 15 mins walk to town. Everything you needed in the house. Shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fly/mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Pool area was spacious with lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Plenty of wardrobe space, fresh towels and beach towels. Dilay was helpful and always replied to our enquiries. We would definitely come back !

Villa was really lovely and spacious especially as there was only 3 of us. Pool was amazing. Emre and Victoria were always helpful especially with delayed flight and meeting us at the Villa late. Thank you. Location was lovely and great to see the swifts doing dance shows for us! Would have been helpful to have a welcome pack about the area, market, dolmus, excursions etc. Shame the centre is very touristy and hard to find Turkish shops but you can leave it all behind with a super walk by the river with stunning views. Thanks for a great stay, have been recommending to others.

first of all, as our family, we would like to thank the host, Ms. Selda and Mr. Uğur. We were welcomed as if we had guests in their homes. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful house on the side of Fethiye, you are definitely in the right place. It is a great chance to stay in Gökçeovacık in the heat of August. Everything you need is available in the house. Don't let the road scare you, you can reach the beaches in 15 minutes. The garden arrangement of the house is very nice and tasteful. You can cancel your trip plans and spend time in the garden:)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Dalian, Turkey. The villa is modern, spacious, and features a stunning private swimming pool—perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. What makes this location truly special is its proximity to remarkable historical landmarks, including the ancient Lycian rock tombs just across the nearby Dalyan River. While the villa itself is contemporary, being so close to these impressive 2,000-year-old tombs and surrounded by natural beauty made the experience unforgettable. The serene river views and the chance to explore the fascinating archaeological sites nearby added a unique cultural dimension to my holiday. Dear Host, I would like to say that my family and I had a wonderful experience at your villa. The standard of service and communication was beyond our expectations. You made our stay very comfortable and were always within reach to assist us if we needed help. Having a car is an absolute necessity in a such a remote place and would certainly recommend people planning to book with you to hire a car for the entire duration to make local trips for groceries or going out easy. The pool was clean and regularly attended to, which was great! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa! The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. The private garden and pool were absolute highlights: ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and cooling off, in peace and without prying eyes. We especially liked that everything was exactly as described – even more beautiful. The location was quiet, but supermarkets and excursion destinations were easily accessible by car. Communication with the host was also smooth and very friendly. No check-in stress, everything went smoothly. Those looking for relaxation, privacy and a touch of luxury will love this villa. We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Gorgeous both inside and outside - pool, garden, bbq. The villa's within a few minutes walk of Dalyan's many restaurants. Rob and Sara are helpful, supportive hosts when needed.

Halide place was absolutely stunning and it was even better in person. It was all state of the art appliances and breath taking inside. The location was about a 15 minute walk to downtown which always increased our appetite and helped us digest on the way back. The last few days the internet was in and out, but Halide was always responsive and willing to help. Majority of the essentials are included, but if you stay with a large group, you will definitely need to restock on some of the amenities. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home for your next vacation.

What a wonderful week on Can's family pomegranate farm (the juice is incredible!). We were totally private, which is important to us, but they were on hand if we needed anything. It's surrounded by mountains and oh so quiet, apart from the clucking of what must be the happiest chickens on the planet who roam freely in the daytime amongst the pomegranate trees. Only 15 mins into Dalyan for shops and restaurants and only 40 mins from the airport. The perfect position. Thoroughly recommend. We loved it! Thank you Can and his parents.

Ali's accommodation was perfect for us spending a couple of days in Dalyan after attending a wedding in southern Turkey. The listing accurately describes the accommodation, very clean and well appointed. Lovely pool and bbq. Ali is great, very responsive and hospitable. We stayed in his nearby mintaapart for the day after checking out which was ideal for us having an evening flight.

We had a very pleasent reception at Kutays house-his parents were waiting for us and his mother even baked a cake. Very lovely people. We did not meet Kutay, but we could reach him any time and he responded very fast. The house is cozy and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and you can enjoy a nice garden with a pool, sunbeds and different terraces/balkonies. There are a few things you should be aware of: The house is not in a walking distance to a shop or market in Dalyan so we would recomend a car or bikes. You should like cats or at least not hate them, because there are quite a few and they are used to be pampered! Because of the mature garden there are many mosquitos (which is common in Dalyan) so you should bring/buy insect repellant.

The stay was to our complete satisfaction. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable It was also good that it wasn't too crowded with items. Everything was necessary. The host Yigit was very nice and always helpful with any call and messages . The pool was cleaned every day except Sunday. The outdoor area was very clean. There is a barbecue area available . The handover of the key was also problem-free. Everything went smoothly. We had a great time.

Ruth’s house is great! We have spent really wonderful time there. House is spacious and clean. And the garden with swimming pool was just perfect. A lot of trees, flowers plus many options to spend time. You can sit by one of the tables at the porch or rest at the hammock or by the pool. We love Dalyan, because of the İztuzu Beach, Dalyan River boat tours, Kavnos ruins and the nature around, so we come here often, but İ believe this was the best house we have stayed in Dalyan so far. İt has everything what we need to really rest during vacation. Plus AC was working well which is really a must in the summer in Dalyan. Thank you Ruth!
