House vacation rentals in Köyceğiz

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Emine and her family. They've built a house in a truly spectacular place. Everywhere you turn your head, you get a different view. If you want to have a peaceful holiday, let me not meet anyone while I'm on vacation, no noise, this will be the right house. I can say that the kitchen utensils in the house were quite sufficient, whether they were towels or even too much. We also did not have any problems with transportation, the roads are asphalt 20 minutes away from Göce by car. I would also like to thank Ms. Emine again for her thoughtful gift.

Friendly hospitality, immaculate place, we were 4 people, we had a very nice time, the lemon trees were very good at cleaning in the smells of lemon

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Cozy, Ihsan and his family were so attentive and even gave us a welcome cake. The property was spotless and in a good location with a bar opposite and a small supermarket about a 3 min walk away. Easy walk into town about 8 mins. The villa is stunning and had all the facilities you could possibly need, we cannot recommend this villa enough and will be back next year! Thank you!

The villa was extremely clean, beautiful and convenient. There was nothing short of what was advertised. I would definitely recommend it. I hope to choose this villa if it is available for my next visit

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

We had a very nice holiday as a family, the house was clean and spacious inside (beds, bathroom, kitchen were clean) and outside (garden parts). The villa was as in the images. It is obvious that the house is new. The pool was clean, and it was maintained and cleaned as long as we stayed. The pool was so much fun. The garden was spacious and airy. It was pleasant to have breakfast with the sound of birds in the garden. We had a barbecue in the backyard. Onur Can was friendly and gave quick answers. He left snacks (chips, biscuits, water, etc.) because we were on the road. There is no problem with flies during the day. There are mosquitoes only in the evenings. Since all the windows and the door to the veranda of the villa had mosquito nets, there were not many flies entering the house, and fly repellents were sufficient to protect against flies escaping when opening and closing the doors and sitting in the garden. Mosquitoes are a general problem in the area in the evenings, but fly repellents work. Iztuzu beach was close and beautiful. Thank you Onur Can

Mr. Tahsin responded to all our questions in a short time, everything was considered as seen in the pictures of the house, the pool was cleaned every morning, we stayed with 7 people very comfortably. The location of the house was very good, it was close to the markets to shopping in the center, the market and the hospital, the size of the rooms was sufficient, and there was a closet in each room, well thought out and furnished. It is only suitable for a large number of people to stay in the negative side, but there are not enough chairs and sun loungers in the garden, maybe this number can be multiplied as a recommendation, thank you for everything. A home we can come back to:)

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Villa is fantastic. You feel comfortable right away. The equipment is very high quality. Every room is equipped with climate. The pool is serviced daily. You don't even notice because the gardener/pool service comes in the morning. The location is great because you can reach every fantastic bay super quickly by car. We will be renting this villa again very soon... The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly. Super helpful with questions or expectations. In our case, I also have to charge them super high that they immediately asked if they could do something for us when they learned that we called the ambulance because of my father (75, heat stroke). Thanks for that !! ❤️ Conclusion: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ with ❤️ Anyone who leaves a bad review here has a problem with themselves or is the issue on their own! Best regards and all the best to you 🥂

Hard to fault this beautify location and home in the hills over looking fethiye. Over the 8 nights stay our only complaint was a loitering sewage smell from kitchen sink on the last few windy nights. Otherwise it was outstanding. Thank you. Could do with a welcome pack with tea, sugar and washing powder and we soon ran out of toilet roll but the store is just down the hill. We would have cleaned more if there was any cleaning products. Small suggestion would be more hangers in the wardrobes to utilise all the extra hanging spaces you have. Looking forward to returning again when there is more ambient lighting and some colour on the walls as it’s still too plain and new and gave off hospital vibes. We thought the pillows were too thick and we found them uncomfortable so suggest 2 thinner pillows would be better. We can’t wait to return

A new villa the items inside were new and clean, the villa stayed for 9 people and we very much enjoyed the pool was clean, daily maintenance was done. Due to the location of the villa, there is a market just opposite the beautiful localization. 200 m away is the street of bars. Iztuzu beach 15 min by car We are very satisfied. I recommend it to my friends to go

Overall, we were very happy with the house. The house was spotless. It was very pleasant to sit in the front garden of the house, we always ate our meals in the garden. The house was just as it appeared in the photo. The only thing missing is that we wanted to barbecue, because it was outside the garden, we did not think that we could not be very comfortable. Although there are mosquito nets everywhere, I think flies entered the house, and I think you should definitely take medicine. Other than that, it was a very pleasant holiday for us. Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

Mr. Ramazan and his family are very sweet, warm and humble people. We felt like home. If you have a car, it's right in the middle of the sights. The house was very clean and tidy. The house had everything you could need. We thank them very much.

Mr. Gift, a very kind and thoughtful host, everything was thoughtfully thought out and prepared in the house. It was also very kind of him to return and call to receive our comments. It was a nice house that we wanted to go to again and again.

It's quiet and peaceful, the same as in the photos. The house was clean and new. Thankfully, Mr. Selim responded to all our questions quickly and tried to help. The lemon trees are also extremely beautiful. In touch with nature, the mountains can hit when you are not accustomed to your view and oxygen:) Our children had fun in the pool. Although it was extremely hot, there was an air conditioning advantage in every room, but unfortunately we did not benefit much so that the children did not get sick. Overall it was nice, thank you ☺️

The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

Excellent place to stay. 3 bedrooms good shower and bathroom relaxing living room very spacious nice balcony good kitchen ( only a 4 burner …..could do with an oven/grill ) quiet close to excellent fish restaurants and the lake. Very well situated.

It met all expectations. The host was friendly and very caring.

Everything was just great. We were very comfortable during the holiday. When we first spoke to Ms. Tuba on the phone, we had already felt that warmth and trust. When we went to his house, he reflected the same warmth in his house. Very clean, organized and everything was considered for the people who came. We have much fun during the holiday We three families went. It was very thoughtful to have toys for kids, coloring books, storybooks. The kids and we were very comfortable. A place where you can easily do your shopping close to the center. I'm glad we spent the holiday in such a place. Thanks again for your interest in Ms. Tuba. There's really been a place we'd prefer to do it again on another vacation plan🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟

lovely house in peaceful location, but only 10 minutes walk into Dalyan, plenty of room for the seven of us, and the kids loved playing in the large pool, would definitely stop again, we all had a great time
