On the second level there is a lockable bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom window offers a beautiful view of Śnieżka. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. As part of your stay, you have the option of using a free outdoor parking space. For an additional fee, we allow you to stay with a dog.

This family apartment in Mladé Buky, in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains, is the perfect spot for a vacation with children or friends. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, and a travel cot for a small child is also available. Located in a quiet area within walking distance of the ski resort, grocery stores, and a pastry shop. Opposite the house, there is a bobsled track, and in the summer, there is a children’s area with lots of attractions. Parking is available right by the building in the yard, under the CCTV system.

Five minutes from the apartment is the Wolf Waterfall. Come to recharge, immerse yourself in nature, and discover the true charms of the Giant Mountains!

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood.
