Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Az egész család jól fogja érezni magát ebben a lakásban. A városban található, mégis a nyüzsgő belvárostól távolabb, csendes helyen, bevásárlóközpontok közelében. Apartmanházunkat Balatonudvarin építettük 2025-ben. Ideális pihenéshez, de a Balaton főbb látványosságai is elérhetőek, akár biciklivel, akár autóval, vagy vonattal, így a nyüzsiről sem kell lemondani. A település strandja minden igényt kielégítő; partszakasz gyermekeknek, óriási játszótér, strandfoci, röplabda, vízibicikli, csónak, SUP bérlés. A ház a strandtól 200 méterre van. Nem kell a gumimatracot begyömöszölni az autóba :) és nem kell a parkolóhelyekért sem közelharcot vívni.

It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Just watch in the evening as the sunset paints golden the tabletop mountains of the Tapolca Valley. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.

Cheerful fully renovated 3 bedroom house

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
