The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by train to the lake shore? Log cabin on a beautiful detached house plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2pcs), sup board (2pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Private cabin w/ sauna, patio, bikes, free parking

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Villa Sairio: old-time idyll behind the HML station

Sairio: really close. You can walk to us from the train station, and you can walk from us to go swimming. You can also reach us by bus and by car. Our house is from 1929, but the apartment was renovated in 2018. The room has beds for 2 adults and 1. A spare mattress can be found if needed. In the small kitchen you can enjoy morning coffee and evening meals. Private spacious bathroom. The lush yard offers space to relax. In summer, there is a terrace with dining tables and hammocks.

There is good wifi, big sunny lawn and no neighbours in sight - so you can swim in your birthday suite if you want :) The nearest grocery store is 12 min ride away.
