Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

Above the rooftops of Gemen

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

On the Deäle

Around Winterswijk, nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here, the idyllic streams wind their way through the small-scale collising landscape with its bushes, fields, avenues, wood ramparts and Scholtengoed. In the farmhouse "Pasman" (1340 first mention as Bovekinck) used to belong to Kasteel het Waliën, we have realized a holiday home. Used old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern jacket but with the comfort of today.

Enjoy the tranquility of this detached vacation home on a Winterswijk estate. Surrounded by oak trees and overlooking the edge of the forest and meadows, it is a wonderful place to relax. On the grounds of the vacation home is a semi-open shed with terrace, so you can enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. Here it is still dark enough to see stars at night. Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!
