Cottage vacation rentals in Kotor

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour en famille dans le petit chalet près de la route, au milieu des oliviers, et en compagnie des chats. La plage Valdanos à 2km est très jolie, avec des zones ombragées, un terrain de basket et de volley. Nous avons visité Stari Bar, charmante et chargée d'histoire, avec de bons restaurants ; le lac de Ŝas dans la campagne, paisible ; Ada Boyana, au niveau de l'embouchure du fleuve à Velika Plaza ; Ulcinj assez bruyante malheureusement mais où notre hôte Emro nous a renseigné 2 bons restaurants. Nous remercions Emro qui nous a si bien accueillis tout au long de notre séjour.

It is amazing modern village life experience. Houseowner is wonderful and will do everything to make you feel at home. He is always ready to help you with anything and he is very friendly.

Fantastic house. Big and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Good bed in a spacious bedroom. Big balcony from where birdspotting is wonderful. Also nice gardens in front and back of the house. The living room has a comfortable couch. Room is equipped with television with Netflix, if you need it. We spent most of the time outside. It is only a few minutes walking to the restaurants and the old town, Stari Bar. There is a little supermarket close by and if you have a car, there is a choice of shops and supermarkets only a few minutes away. Host is very friendly and responsive. I really cannot think of any negative things, apart from the fact that we only stayed for five nights. We could easily have stayed twice as long.

We were a little late for check-in, Elvir met us, told us everything about the cottage and explained, was a very nice, responsive and friendly host, also told us about the nearest places to eat. It was very comfortable to communicate with Elvir! There was no tension, everything was very pleasant. The cottage is very beautiful, located in a picturesque place in an olive grove, it is a pleasure to be there! There is a swing, a hammock, a hanging chair, we had dinner at a table outside, and also drank tea at a small table on the balcony on the second floor right among the fluffy crowns of olive trees. Birds sing very nicely in this place, and butterflies fly in the morning, we heard the sounds of hens and roosters in someone's garden and there is complete unity with nature. We were with a pet - a dog, she also liked this place with a large internal territory. The house had everything we needed, everything was done beautifully, with love, we did not need anything and slept well at night.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Sofias Garden und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein! Bije ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wieder sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn man einen Tipp braucht oder etwas fehlt, ist sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Das Haus ist eigentlich für vier Personen zu klein, da wir allerdings ohnehin immer im wundervollen Garten sitzen, wenn wir da sind, ist es völlig ausreichend. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Bett und Schlafsofa ziemlich gemütlich. Die Sitzplätze im Garten sind prima verteilt, sodass man sich bei erhöhtem Ruhebedarf auch mal separieren kann. Manchmal war uns der Verkehr auf der Straße etwas viel, aber irgendwie müssen die Leute ja an den Strand kommen .. :-) Extrem gute Vibes bei Bije!!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the house for five days. It was simply amazing! The location is fully immersed in nature. The road to get there is adventurous but doable. Once we arrived we checked in easily and effortlessly. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. From the terrace we could watch the lake and the surrounding nature peacefully while sipping on a delicious tea. We contacted Milica and she was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend a calm and relaxing time in Montenegro. Note: to reach the house it is mandatory to have a car (you can rent it at the airport, it's a 40 minute drive)

Wir haben die Zeit in Rasims Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist fantastisch mit einem einmaligen Blick auf das Meer und einem großen Garten mit Obstbäumen, von denen man sich bedienen kann. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Vor allem der Blick auf das Meer ist einmalig und atemberaubend. Wir haben die meiste Zeit des Urlaubs im Haus verbracht, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Zum sehr schönen und ruhigen Strand dauert es zu Fuß nicht mal 10 Minuten. Dort gibt es auch eine Bar mit Drinks und gutem Essen für sehr anständige Preise. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in größeren Städten in der Nähe, wenn der Verkehr mitspielt. Wir können Rasims Haus klar weiterempfehlen.

Sehr sympathische Gastgeber die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Das 300 Jahre alte Haus hat einen wunderschönen Flair und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist privat gelegen, perfekt um als Familie oder Pärchen einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Sogar an die Kleinsten wurde gedacht und mit reichlich Spielzeug vorgesorgt. Der Whirlpool ist natürlich das Highlight des Hauses. Ein Auto ist Vorraussetzung um zum Haus zu gelangen oder die Gegend zu erkunden.

Savo and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful. The house is located in a very calm village and has everything you need for a nice holiday. A car is highly recommended if you choose to stay here. Thanks again for everything Savo, we wish you the best for the future.

Die Zeit dort hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Es ist wunderschön und ruhig dort. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus genießen. Lazar und Ivana sind sehr hilfsbereit und antworten sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Bei der Ankunft haben sie uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Außerdem haben wir von ihnen eine Liste mit verschiedenen Tipps für die Region bekommen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Très bel endroit dans les montagnes au dessus de Budva. Très calme, vue superbe. Situé à quelques minutes de voiture des plus belles plages. Propreté irréprochable et cuisine très bien équipée. Hôte très agréable et famille très accueillante (ils résident à côté). Je recommande pleinement cet endroit.

A truly magical place in Lovcen National Park ❤️ The views are stunning — even better than in the photos. The house is amazing 😻 cozy, beautifully equipped, and has everything for a peaceful stay. Hiking trails start right at the doorstep, and the fireplace is the heart of this home, with everything ready to enjoy it. Would love to come back! Thank you so much❤️

The cottage stay was perfectly serene and a wonderful way to get out of the hustle and bustle of cities. Milanka was extremely accommodating and helped direct us to the AirBnB upon our arrival late at night. She offered us tea and cookies and helped us settle into the home as well. The peacefulness of the surroundings in the village made this stay to be one of a kind!

Privacy totale. La casa in legno è in una meravigliosa vallata e in pochi minuti puoi godere di uno splendido panorama. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza. Pulizia perfetta.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Omers Unterkunft. Der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und war sauber. Besonders die Outdoor Küche ist toll, wenn man gern draußen kochen möchte. Abends haben wir noch ein Feuer gemacht und die Stille genossen. Morgens haben wir den vorbeilaufenden Kühen guten Morgen gesagt. Die Kinder konnten gut im Garten spielen. Omer war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Si buscas paz total, un cielo estrellado precioso, contacto con la naturaleza este es tu sitio. Pero si esperas ir a una cabaña y no encontrar mosquitos, avispas o arañas entonces quizás no entiendas la naturaleza como tal. Muy accesible al aeropuerto de Podgorica. También tienes supermercado a unos 5/10 min en coche. Tienen dos perritos muy educados que te harán de guardianes toda la noche. Noche mágica escuchando búhos y otros insectos. 100% recomiendo.

un lieu exceptionnel ! notre "cottage" (ou cabane), lovée dans la végétation, ravissante, était parfaitement propre, bien équipée, avec un lit très confortable, un espace pour prendre les repas et cuisiner, une salle d'eau impeccable, et une terrasse sur pilotis avec une vue époustouflante. Le camping est superbe, vaste, parfaitement calme. L'accueil de Djoko (mes excuses pour l'orthographe sans doute défaillante) était très aimable, détendu, d'une grande gentillesse - nous voyant sans véhicule, il nous a conduits à l'épicerie, pour y faire le plein pour le séjour. Les autres membres du personnel sont tout aussi aimables. A part le diner (franchement pas bon et trop cher), le bar est un espace très agréable pour prendre un verre et jouer à des jeux de société en libre accès. La rivière en contrebas se mérite, mais c'est aussi un lieu enchanteur. au total, je rêve d'y retourner !

un petit havre de paix l'endroit est magnifique, les extérieurs, la piscine sont très propres... un peu déçu par l'intérieur du chalet qui mériterait un peu d'entretien, les fenêtres des chambres ne fermaient pas. Il y a effectivement des chiens dans le "village" qui ont aboyé une bonne partie de la nuit...un peu dur si vous avez le sommeil léger mais malgré ses petits points négatifs, l'endroit reste magique. Le petit déjeuner proposé est royal ! des fruits, de la charcuterie, fromage, pain..... De passage pour une nuit je n'ai pas pu tester les activités, ça serait avec plaisir de revenir pour y remédier

Nedzad and Azra are wonderful people - they helped me get to the house and to get groceries. They visited and treated me like family. I was happy to stay at their home. It is beautiful. The mountains are a good place. There is a lot to see. I would revisit.

Siamo stati in 9 per il cinquantesimo dei miei suoceri ad agosto. Ambiente ideale per il più grande ed anche per il piccolo nipotino. Abbiamo avuto una casa grande ed una piccolina. Il posto è bello ed immerso nella natura, raggiungibile solo con la macchina. Al mattino vi sveglierete con il cinguettio degli uccelli ma anche con qualche muggito delle numerose mucche che pascolano. Per questo non lamentatevi se in casa entra qualche piccolo insetto o animaletto, siete sulle rive di un fiume. La colazione è molto abbondante, imperdibile il giro in barca fino al lago. Marco e la sua famiglia sono molto accoglienti.

What a magical place, the village and the house are so peaceful, you are truly surrounded by nature of all kinds. I have never seen so many wild flowers with a carpet of purple autumn crocuses attracting bees, butterflies and other insects. In the 4 days we stayed we saw, or heard, over 35 different birds, including a flock of Bee-eaters, Kingfishers, Tree Sparrows and Spotted Flycatchers to name a few. It wasn't ideal weather for bird spotting either so I imagine there's plenty more to see! The river was crystal clear and whilst we planed to explore further afield we didn't need, or want to, we were more than content to spend our days wandering around the village, following the river and eating every night in the amazing restaurant that is a 15 minute walk from the house. The house is bigger than it appears in the photographs, is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Milos is an exceptional host and I would definitely recommend you stay here!
