A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

Our guest room, which opened in 2023, awaits your visit to the peaceful village of Valkko in Loviisa. Apartment suitable for two people with its own entrance. The stylish kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have just been renovated. You can park your car right next to the guest room. Valkko's wonderful nature and proximity to the sea, e.g. the beach nearby, allow for a variety of outdoor and sports activities. You can come to us even by paddle boat. For the cyclist, we offer a bike wash and maintenance option.

Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

Please read the full description before booking, thank you! This particular property is located in the city center. The sixth-floor apartment has a sea view of the bay. The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby old port, and from that the house has been named the "stevedore house".
