Located in Akyaka, a corner of paradise, our villa is centrally located and offers a very isolated and quiet environment. It is one of the Azmak river on foot and two minutes from the beach. There are two separate entrances to our villa with four balconies with a swimming pool, surrounded by pomegranate, orange, lemon trees in the 250 square meter garden. Akyaka, which hosts kite surf and sea in summer, nature and exploration enthusiasts in winters, is 67 km from Dalaman airport and 76 km from Bodrum airport.

This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

Modus Houses (Peaceful Escape in Autumn)

The building was built in 2022. All the furniture has been newly purchased. It is located in the most peaceful area of Marmaris. There is a private oak forest, hiking trail, river and various local restaurants nearby. You can go to İncekum Beach, Boncuk Bay, Akyaka, Marmaris, Cleopatra Island (boat transfer) in 5-15 minutes. We have no parking problems. All our rooms are air-conditioned. We have a large garden and terrace area. You can message us for more information.
