Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. This includes a beautiful, spacious bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom that is used on your own.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car.In winter, you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
