Our Apartments Residence is an excellent choice for more demanding clients. Tourists, businessmen, and families with children will all enjoy themselves. Apartments are located in the city center and are an ideal choice if you want to visit the city center and monuments. They are also characterized by very good transport accessibility and complete civic amenities. ATTENTION: the apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people, but this does not mean that if you book for one person, 4 can come. The price varies according to the number of people!

Quiet accommodation, 4 minutes from the city center

Quiet apartment on the 1st floor in a 3-storey new building under Furča. Only 12 minutes by bus from the city center, 3 minutes by car. You will be accommodated in a spacious 2-room apartment. There is a large bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. You can also enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery. The apartment can easily sleep 4 people using a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a reserved parking space since 5.15.2023. Guests can use the Ria wellness entrance with a 15% discount.

Our guests can use fully high end equipt apartment with open plan kitchen-living room and the astonishing view of Košice centre from the 4th floor terrace. Enjoy.

Room has separate bathroom with toilet, separate entrance, russian, english and german speaking hosts. There is double bed in the upper part of the room. There are sofa bed, small table, desk with chair and wardrobe in the lower part of the room. There is kitchen corner next to the room with small refrigerator, cooker and basic equipment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Windows are opened to silent court. Check in and check out time is possible to adapt :-)
