Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kos

Wat een heerlijke plek! We zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen, wat meteen een fijne start gaf aan ons verblijf. We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in dit prachtige huis. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en schoon, en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Met twee badkamers is het huis ook perfect geschikt voor een verblijf met meerdere personen. Zowel aan de voor- als achterzijde van het huis kun je heerlijk buiten zitten, en binnen is er een ruime keuken en gezellige woonkamer waar je je meteen thuis voelt. De locatie is bovendien ideaal overal dichtbij. Kortom: een absolute aanrader. Wij zouden deze Airbnb zeker opnieuw boeken!

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den kleinen Hafen von Kamari. Giannis war jederzeit gut erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und uns bereits drei Tage vor der Anreise alle wichtigen Informationen zukommen lassen. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns etwas überrascht hat: Einer der Hauptgründe, warum wir diese Unterkunft gebucht haben, war der Eindruck auf den Fotos, dass sie völlig allein auf dem Hügel liegt. Tatsächlich ist jedoch direkt daneben (auf gleicher Höhe) ein weiteres Apartment angebaut. Dadurch kann man sich gegenseitig gut sehen und auch hören, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, da die Entfernung recht gering ist. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Erdem bey ve eşi çok ilgililerdi. Daha konaklama yapmadan bizimle hep iletişim halindeydiler. Biz bayram dolayısı ile gittik kendileri bayramda bile hep orda bizlerle ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgilendiler. Hâlâ böyle insanlar var mı ? Diyecek kadar mutlu ayrıldık. Tekrar bir bodrum tatili için aynı yere rezervasyon yapılacak kadar samimi temiz ve rahat bir yerdi.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. Ev merkeze yakın ama aslında köy hayatı yaşamanıza izin veriyor. Sabah horoz sesleriyle uyanıyorsunuz akşam yıldızları seyredebilirsiniz. Açıkçası kos ta gezmekten çok evde vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için tüm olanaklar var temizlik sorunu yok evde çamaşır makinesi bulaşık makinesi mevcut. Malzeme alırsanız dışarda yemenize gerek yok. Aslında eski bir ev bazı eşyalar da eski ama çok keyifli. Bolca tabak bardak var çok kişi kalacak olursanız da. Üst kattaki teras da çok keyifliydi. Markete vs gitmek için şehre yaklaşmalısınız ama bence şehirde kalmaktansa burası muhteşem. Biraz fiyat fazla geldi bize ordan puan kırdım sadece:(

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Yataklar çok rahat tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Havlu çarşaflar tertemizdi. limandan 7 dk 7 Euro taksi ücreti ödeyerek ulaşıyorsunuz. Merkeze yürüme mesafesi 10 dk.

Absolutely loved my stay at Irene’s lovely studio! Her attention of details is out Of this world, she welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home! Also threw in some super nice add ons 🍎 🍷that made our arrival extra special! Beautiful sunset views and the studio was furnished Very well. Highly recommend this spot!

Mycket trevligt och vackert boende, litet men väldigt fint med underbar och rogivande utsikt över havet, båtarna och Kalymnos. Sol på balkongen från morgon till cirka 16:30 nu i oktober. Byte av handdukar ofta. Frukost med bröd, smör, yoghurt, marmelad, ost, skinka, juice och banan fanns i kylskåpet varje dag. Mycket snälla och vänliga värdar. Vi vill gärna återvända, både till fina Afrodite och till lilla Telendos med sina mysiga restauranger.

This was the best AIRBNB experience ever thanks to friendly Ilias and beautiful Kos island. The place was enough for a couple and very clean. Air condition is good, bathroom is clean, bed is comfy and location is silent & close to everywhere you need as a tourist. Ilias is very kind and helpful that he also made such good recommendations which we loved! Definitely recommend! 10/10

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft und hatten wieder eine sehr schöne Zeit. Besonders gut gefiel uns (wieder) der geräumige Außenbereich. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche befinden sich auf einer überdachten Terrasse, was der Unterkunft einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Katerina ist super nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Jenny’nin evi her anlamda harikaydı. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Tüm odalar ve banyo tertemizdi. Konum olarak beachlere, restoranlara ve merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kendisi bizi harika ağırladı ve bize özel küçük sürprizler hazırladı. Onunla tanıştığımıza çok mutluyuz. Şimdiye kadarki en güzel airbnb deneyimimizdi ❤️

Het was een hele fijne ruimte vlak boven de heerlijke pizzeria. We hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van de accommodatie wat op loopafstand van het strand is en de drukke winkeltjes. De douchekop zit wel vrij los in de houder maar verder is ook de badkamer schoon en netjes

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wirklich allem das man im Urlaub braucht und ein richtig netter Vermieter. Die Bilder sagen eigentlich alles aus, sie stimmen mit der Realität überein. Der Ausblick von der riesigen überdachten Terrasse, entweder nach hinten heraus über das nahe gelegene Hotel in die Berge oder nach vorne heraus aufs Meer mit der Türkei im Hintergrund, haben was. Verkehrtechnisch sehr nah an Kos Town und an der Hauptstrasse über die dann alle Orte der Insel erreichbar sind. Ein Auto sollte man allerdings haben wenn man was sehen will. Die drei Wochen sind wie im Winde verflogen. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber!

We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

Gregory is really a super host as he really went the extra mile for our stay and we really appreciate this, as it helped us a lot in our plans. I would start with the mention that we had to do remote work and the internet connection is good, both wifi and cable. Gregory even went ahead and got us an internet cable to make sure that we could have the best possible connection. The checkin and checkout is really easy and intuitive and the instructions together with the really good recommendations are really helpful. The apartment is modern, fully equipped as we did not miss a single thing. Really really clean, worthy of its name "White Box". It is in walkable distance to everything in Kos town and the area is really nice and quiet. Over the street you have a really good coffe shop with the best coffee we had in Greece ever (Royal Cafe). In conclusion I would definitely stay here again when coming to Kos.

Wat een heerlijk appartement en zo leuk ingericht! Het appartement ligt iets buiten het centrum, dus rustig gelegen maar je bent zo bij de supermarkt (3 minuten lopen), restaurants (1 minuut lopen) en het strand (2 minuten lopen). Onze gastheer had voor ons wat basisboodschappen klaar staan, hetgeen heel fijn was vanwege onze late aankomst. Het appartement heeft overal horren, dus geen insecten in huis. Behalve een wasmachine en droogrek, is er ook een afwasmachine en airco (die per kamer te bedienen is). De bedden zijn fijn en in de middag kan je lekker voor het huis in de schaduw zitten. Ioannis is een heel goede gastheer, die snel reageert en te hulp schiet, indien dit nodig is. Als je naar Kos gaat, kies dan voor dit appartement!

Excellent accueil de notre hôte. Le logement est très bien situé, agréable, bien ensoleillé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous y avons passé un séjour tranquille, reposant et bien agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

The house was super clean, tidy and well organised. Comfortable and central area. Only disadvantage; hot water depends on solar energy and very weak WiFi. No signal in the bedroom. Anyway I would stay again
