Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kos

What a wonderful place! We were received very kindly and hospitably, which immediately gave a nice start to our stay. We had a wonderful few days in this beautiful house. Everything was taken care of to the last detail and clean, and the beds were wonderful. With two bathrooms, the house is also perfectly suited for a stay with several people. Both at the front and back of the house you can sit outside, and inside there is a spacious kitchen and cozy living room where you immediately feel at home. The location is also ideal close to everything. In short: absolutely recommended. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

The accommodation is excellently equipped and offers breathtaking views of the small harbor of Kamari. Giannis was always easy to reach, responded quickly and sent us all the important information three days before arrival. A small point that surprised us a bit: One of the main reasons we booked this place was the impression in the photos that it was completely alone on the hill. In fact, however, another apartment is attached directly next to it (at the same height). This allows you to see and hear each other well when sitting on the balcony, as the distance is quite small. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I loved staying here, it was very close to the center and restaurants, even though I stayed alone, I enjoyed the terrace every day, the host helped me with everything and checked every day if I had a need or question. Thank you so much for everything, I would stay here again if I came back.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

The house is close to the center but actually allows you to live the village life. You wake up with the sounds of roosters in the morning and you can watch the stars in the evening. Honestly, it was fun to spend time at home rather than visiting Kos. There are all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen, there is no cleanliness problem, there is a washing machine and dishwasher in the house. If you buy supplies, you don't need to eat outside. It's actually an old house and some items are old, but it's very pleasant. There are plenty of glasses, even if you will be staying. The terrace upstairs was also very pleasant. You should get close to the city to go to the grocery store etc, but I think this place is amazing than staying in the city. The price was too high for us, I just broke a rating from there: (

It was a wonderful stay. I was greeted very warmly by Kona's parents. As soon as I entered the apartment I felt at home. Everything is spotlessly clean and the location is simply fantastic. Totally quiet with a fantastic view of Kos town and the coast of Turkey. Kona is a very attentive host and was available at all times. Communication was excellent from the beginning and throughout the entire stay. Thank you again for making my special request possible so easily. Kona's parents live in the house and were so concerned about my well-being. When I arrived there were drinks waiting in the fridge, during my stay Margaret surprised me with homemade feta croissants and there was also a farewell gift from their own garden. Such warmth cannot be topped. Unfortunately it was only a short vacation for me in this great accommodation. But I will come back and definitely stay longer. Thank you to all three of you for letting me be your guest!

We absolutely loved our time on Kalimnos and the apartment is great. Maria was very helpful and communicative. The house was comfortable and pristine and had all the facilities we needed. The location was ideal for arriving on the ferry from Kos - it’s right on the beautiful waterfront and within very close walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Ilias Airbnb! The location is super central yet quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed using the rooftop terrace for breakfasts every morning. What was really outstanding though was Ilias. He was the best host we've ever had, offering to help us with anything we needed and having the best recommendations for wonderful authentic Greek nights with the best food and live music. There's no doubt that whenever we return to Kos we'll book his Airbnb again. Thank you again for an amazing vacation Illias!

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Dimitros was very friendly. He answered all my questions positively. In fact, since we have 2 children, he was very kind to us, and I thank him for this matter. The beds were very comfortable, clean and tidy. Towel sheets were clean. You can get there by paying 7 Euros for a 7-minute taxi ride from the port. Walking distance to the center 10 minutes

Absolutely loved my stay at Irene’s lovely studio! Her attention of details is out Of this world, she welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home! Also threw in some super nice add ons 🍎 🍷that made our arrival extra special! Beautiful sunset views and the studio was furnished Very well. Highly recommend this spot!

A very good appartment in a very practical location in the middle of the town recomended

It's a very cute accommodation in a quiet, beautiful and peaceful environment. it has everything you need. The host responds quickly and proactive.

Very nice and beautiful accommodation, small but very nice with wonderful and soothing views of the sea, the boats and Kalymnos. Sun on the balcony from morning until about 4:30 now in October. Change of towels often. Breakfast with bread, butter, yogurt, marmalade, cheese, ham, juice and banana was in the fridge every day. Very kind and friendly hosts. We would love to return, both to nice Aphrodite and to little Telendos with its cozy restaurants.

The accommodation is very centrally located, beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. But also adjacent to a main road, which can also be a little louder. The apartment is small, but has everything you need and also small extras such as a parasol, iron... The host was always available and gave tips, and we were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier.

Jenny's place was great in every way. The house had plenty of everything you needed. All rooms and bathroom were spotless. It was within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and the center in terms of location. She hosted us great and prepared special little surprises for us. We are so happy to have met her. It was our best ever airbnb experience ❤️

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

Gregory is really a super host as he really went the extra mile for our stay and we really appreciate this, as it helped us a lot in our plans. I would start with the mention that we had to do remote work and the internet connection is good, both wifi and cable. Gregory even went ahead and got us an internet cable to make sure that we could have the best possible connection. The checkin and checkout is really easy and intuitive and the instructions together with the really good recommendations are really helpful. The apartment is modern, fully equipped as we did not miss a single thing. Really really clean, worthy of its name "White Box". It is in walkable distance to everything in Kos town and the area is really nice and quiet. Over the street you have a really good coffe shop with the best coffee we had in Greece ever (Royal Cafe). In conclusion I would definitely stay here again when coming to Kos.

What a lovely apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is quiet but you are close to the supermarket (3 minutes walk), restaurants (1 minute walk) and the beach (2 minutes walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue, if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!
