Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kos

First of all, the rooms,bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Mr. Stefa called and gave us the location information before we arrived in Datca during the day. The staff who greeted us were also friendly.

Had the most amazing stay with Nina. she is so welcoming and the place is so spacious. You will definitely need to have scooters or a car to get to any of the climbing crags, so would recommend organising that before you arrive. Otherwise it was perfect, super peaceful and a great place to relax and take in the great view.

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

A great stay with great hosts that were very responsive. We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. Parking right next to the villa was great and everything was very clean and neat.

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

It was a very nice stay! The large terrace was wonderful and there was everything you need. I would book it again!! Thanks also to George who was very helpful and always checked on our well being.

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

Stunning 3 bedroom/ 2 Bath apartment 100% identical to the photos offer. Beds were extremely comfortable, fresh linen and bath robes were an added tough. Host was very hospitable and welcomed us with a variety of Greek snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Kos, Greece 🇬🇷

Rental was possible at very short notice and spontaneously, uncomplicated, good communication. Apartment is well located, very close to the beach and center, but still quiet. On the ground floor, entrance right next to the street, but it doesn't bother you. Cozy furnishings, with everything you need. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a two-story villa on the hill overlooking Kos town, in a very quiet area. There is a private outdoor area where you can park yuour car. In 10 minutes by car you arrive in the center of Kos. The apartment is large, with everything you need. From the large terrace you can admire a splendid view of the city of Kos, until you see the Turkish coast. Waking up every morning with that view is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly host. Highly recommended apartment for those who want to stay in a central area of ​​the island, but sleep in a quiet area.

We were visiting Bodrum and the surrounding area, and decided to stay at Asim's villa. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The host had someone meeting us at the villa, and checked us in (and out). We got lost, but he tracked us down to make sure that we arrived at the correct location. We could not be more pleased with the villa. For those who love to watch sunset, this is a villa for you. Viewing the sunset at the villa is just incredible. The pool is beautiful (although a bit cold during this time of the year). The photos accurately describes the interior, tastefully furnished, with the amenities that you need. There is even a sauna room (but we did not use it). For those who visiting the area and want a comfortable place with a beautiful view, this is a solid choice.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, Serkan went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, and offering breathtaking views. But what truly made our trip exceptional was Serkan’s hospitality. He cooked us an absolutely delicious meal that we’re still dreaming about, and he was always available and eager to help with anything we needed. From arranging all of our transfers and car rentals to assisting with groceries and local tips, Serkan made everything seamless and stress-free. He truly couldn’t have been more helpful or more kind—he made us feel completely at home. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service, this villa (and Serkan!) is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough! We will definitely be back!!!

Raina's place was exactly as described - a really lovely villa fully equipped with everything that you need. We were a family of 4, and it was perfect. The view from the terrace was great with a view of the sea. The house is well-placed to visit Yalikavak and Bodrum. It's worth driving just 7 minutes to the local little port where there are many little restaurants and bars to eat or drink. Raina was the perfect host and could. ot have been more helpful. Definitly worth booking !

Kemal was incredible! We had a last minute cancellation so I booked this stay 3 days in advance. Kemal was extremely proactive and kind in allowing us to stay, and was great to check in about our travel details so he could plan for cleaning accordingly. Kemal met us in person to check us in and provide a full run down of the space. He was so welcoming, and also owns the restaurant next door (which is delicious by the way!) and told us we could order for delivery or walk over and ask them to bring it over. Overall great hospitality!

We had a great stay! The location is ideal - close enough to walk to the Marina and the main strip with lots of restaurants, shops, and bars, yet far enough away to feel peaceful and private. The home itself is beautifully renovated, modern, and very clean. The house is split between an upstairs and a downstairs unit, both of which are stylish and comfortable. Just note: the only way to access the downstairs area is from outside the main house. It’s not a big deal, but something to be aware of if you're traveling with a group and hoping to have easy access between rooms. The island is fairly spread out, so while you can walk to nearby spots, I definitely recommend renting a car to fully explore and make the most of your time here. The WiFi on the island apparently is bad- so it was non-existent essentially in the house. We had some issues with the water heater and A/C as well. The host was quick to respond on take action. Overall, a beautiful home in a great location.

Yavuz place looks exactly like the photos. We had an amazing stay, would highly recommend. Everything was squeaky clean and the place was fully organized with numerous amenities. The host was always responsive and helpful. Very close to Bodrum downtown, only 5 min car ride and 15 min walk.

Jan Kris was incredibly helpful and quick to respond both before and during our stay. He arranged for us to be able checkin much earlier than the usual time and on our last day let us stay at the villa rather than checking out, as we had a late flight, which was Great as we got to spend an extra day by the lovely pool. The villa is very spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The location is good as it’s a short walk to shops, restaurants and bus station etc. Although it’s next to the main road we didn’t find the traffic noise intrusive. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.
