Our accommodation is located on a southeast slope near a wooded area, yet close to the city (10 minutes to the city center). The university can be reached by bus in 8 minutes! People love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the ambiance in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Very nice, newly furnished apartment just 4 km from LUDWIGSBURG Castle and the beautiful Italian market square, with the baroque Christmas market, cozy cafes and restaurants and many shops. The 1.5 room apartment is very quiet and close to vineyards and nature. Very nice for walks or jogging. Nevertheless, Ludwigsburg can be reached in just a few minutes and Stuttgart can also be reached in 30 minutes.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
