A quiet and rural location but only a short walk (about 700 m) down to the main street with restaurants, ICA store, campsites and the nice sandy beach. On our 92 square meters, there is a kitchen, living room, a bathroom, a toilet and three bedrooms. At the back there is a large deck with dining area, charcoal grill, lounge group and sunbeds. Large grassy and leafy area. The house is pet-free and smoke-free.

You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten.
