The tranquility of the lakes in the forests of Vittsjö

Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a headland in Vittsjö's lake area, so here you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest is close by and there are lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up with a view of a beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the owls' hooting in the evening. From November 1, 2025, we will change one bedroom to a lounge and only accommodate two guests.

Welcome to this nice log house with nature plot located nicely between Oresjön and Gängesjön, close to swimming, fishing and forest walks. The house is secluded with few neighbors where you can get via a beautiful forest road along the lake. With only 200 meters to the nearest lake. The location of the cottage is a haven for the fishing enthusiast as there is opportunity for fishing. The house itself has a lot of charm with open nice living areas and fireplaces. Newly-built cottage with nice Sparrsjön as a neighbor. Cabin built on an open floor plan and with the idea that it should merge with nature. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the wooden deck in the direction you wish. Evening swim within 30 meters of the front door, municipal beach with docks is only a 10 minute walk away. Elwira's nice house surrounded by forest and trees was lovely to stay in. Everything is new and neat. High ceilings and large beautiful windows. However, there are no curtains, so blackout for the night is not available. Sitting on the deck overlooking all the trees was incredibly peaceful!

Have booked this once before and just like last time it was absolutely great. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. Quiet and beautiful environment. Sanne is a very good host in response quickly to questions. Can recommend this home with all my heart and will definitely come back again.

A beautiful place with a huge garden and a relaxing inviting jetty by the lake with a hut and sauna. All in all, one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Kristian's parents greeted us on site and were incredibly friendly and helpful. We are already planning to come back soon.

Exclusive relax with a view

The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's clean, cozy and well equipped. It's quite isolated, so you are alone with the nature. The property seems be be bordering some sort of an animal park or a reserve. You can watch wild life right from the terrace. The owners were nice and very helpful. All in all the experience was great! So much so that we decided stay one night more and sacrifice our morning sleep on Monday and drive straight to work
