Our small and cozy hotel has a very convenient location. The hotel is located just next to train station Koog aan de Zaan. From here it takes only 15 minutes to Amsterdam city center, 10 minutes to the famous dutch windmill village Zaanse Schans and 5 minutes to the center of Zaandam. Here you can find many shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are just newly renovated and every room has a new private bathroom. This room also has a roofterrace. We are very happy to welcome you to our new Hotel.

Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

My accommodation is 5 minuts walk from the trainstation Kogerveld, Zaandam. Via public transports in the neighborhood you will arrive in 10 min. in the city center of Zaandam or Zaanse Schans en in 20 min. Amsterdam centrum. Within 5 minutes walk you will find a shopping area with supermarkets and different kind of shops and restaurants.
