After a long house renovation, we have been renting again since April 2021. Sunny Studio apartment with terrasse, splendid view on the river Aare in an old newly renovated chalet in the museum area of Bern. Situated as close to the river and nature as to the center of Bern, reachable within 5 minutes walking distance over the lovely Kirchenfeld bridge. Museums, shops and beautiful restaurants are reachable at even shorter walking distance. The apartment is completely private, for your own use.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist an die 70er angelehnt mit diversen retro Gegenständen. Ausgestattete Küche, inkl. Kaffemaschine (Nespresso), Toaster und Wasserkocher. Nebst dem Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer hat es einen Hocker, der zu einem Einzelbett umfunktioniert werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein bequemes Schlafsofa. The apartment is a nice and small flat in a Suburb of Bern. Everything is renovated with a fantastic view of the Alps, Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km from the city center of Bern and 6.5 km from Belp airport. We offer - two bedrooms - living room with kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped) - laundry (washer+dryer+iron) - garden - pool (not heated) - outdoor dining table - parking for 2x vehicles - towels, bedding - Nespresso, tea - 1 crib & 2 chairs for infants We don't include breakfast.

At the same time, you are surrounded by beautiful recreational areas that invite you to relax and enjoy nature.

Cosy apartment with 2.5 rooms directly at Europaplatz. Small garden with chairs and tables. Across the street you find food stores, bakery, pharmacy, take-away, snack-bar and restaurant. But you can also reach the forest and the place to swim comfortably by foot. Highway, train- and tramstation are beside the house. In 5 minutes you are at the central station, in 10 minutes in the town centre.

Unser Bungalow befindet sich in einem schönen und ruhigen Quartier, ca. 300 Meter vom Camping Eichholz entfernt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zur Aare. Der grosse Pool kann mitbenützt werden (nur im Sommer). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ÖV, Automietung (Mobility), E-Bikevermietung ist alles in der Nähe verfügbar.
