We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Flora. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the well-equipped kitchen invited you to cook. We also liked that you could start hiking right outside the front door.

I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend in the house with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house, cozy but everything present, fenced terrace, ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to take, really recommended

I can only recommend it! Ingse is a pleasant host, the apartment very nice. The view from the terrace was beautiful (lots of sky, a little Rhine). Overall it was very quiet. We felt very comfortable!

We really liked the stay at Jacqueline’s ground floor apartment. Our only remark was that there is a train that passes by behind the building. Other than that, great location close to the Rhine!

Monika's place was a dream. More than clean, so it corresponded to the pictures and everything was available as in your own home! One of the best places I've ever been to! I can highly recommend it.

Great apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building with private parking. Huge terrace overlooking the Rhine and separate access, which was great for our dog, who doesn't like stairs. Great and unusual decor. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean apartment, center and train station within walking distance. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. I really felt welcome and at home at Birgit and Christoph's :-)

We stayed with Reiner for an extended weekend. Reiner is very helpful . The surroundings are beautiful. Right in nature . A beautiful path on foot leads directly to Linz ,so you only need the car to get there. In the village, there are all the shops you need . The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can also cook like at home . The outdoor terrace is very nice for breakfast and cozy to linger . What was still very positive for us... a very comfortable bed in which we slept well. Around a few relaxing days . We will be happy to come back.

An absolute top accommodation, highly recommended! I have rarely felt so comfortable in a vacation home. Everything was spotlessly clean, high-quality and furnished with a lot of taste, you immediately notice that attention to detail was paid here. The bed was extremely comfortable, the amenities really left nothing to be desired: It was simply everything you need and a little more. I would especially like to highlight the great service: Nicole was always available, responded promptly to messages and was incredibly friendly and attentive. I give 10 out of 10 points with full conviction and would love to come back anytime. If you book here, you're guaranteed not to go wrong!

Thanks for the comprehensive information in advance. Parking was easy to find. The apartment is very quiet and centrally located. Many shopping opportunities are nearby. Everything is lovingly decorated, very neat and the loggia overlooking the countryside was very good for relaxing in the evening. Thanks for the friendly welcome and the champagne bottle! The Thai around the corner also had very good and authentic food. We will be happy to come back!

Stephanie is a very, very dear, courteous, helpful host. Her apartment is beautiful, super located, has a great balcony and an incredibly beautiful view. It's just a few minutes' walk to the festival grounds and the lake. It was clean and she even provided a dog bed, a water bowl and a ball for our dogs. We would always want to stay with her.

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. Also handy is the HIT supermarket around the corner. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks make you feel welcome.

I stayed 6 nights in this beautiful apartment. Everything you need and everything as described. Koblenz was the location for 5 hikes on the Rhine Trail. The Stadtmitte train station is only 600 meters away. I loved the central old town location with the urban and lively environment. I'd love to come back.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The quiet location and the great view are definitely a plus. We also found the amenities, such as the battery-powered vacuum cleaner, to be perfect. We will be happy to come back again.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Check-in was very straightforward directly through Oli as the host. The apartment is very nice, absolutely clean and matches the pictures. It is quietly located in the countryside in Altenkleusheim without traffic noise, etc. On the small terrace you can relax and enjoy a coffee, tea or wine with a view of the garden. The amenities are good, you can find everything you need. The highlight for us was the sauna, which we used on two rainy days of our stay. Cuddling up to the fireplace in the living room afterwards is already premium🤩. And the surroundings are beautiful. Hiking on the Listertalsperre, on the Biggesee & Co. is fun and ensures pure relaxation and a good mood. Oli as a host was very attentive and always available/responds quickly to messages and also gave us great tips for exploring the area. We will therefore be happy to come back☺️.

Wow, what a location this was! We left our previous b&b early due to noise, so we booked this at the last minute. And what an oasis of peace this was! Beautiful, modern and large house. More spacious than our home. Would expect this living space and kitchen more in a 6-8 person cottage. Nice and cool, ideal that the entire cottage can be darkened with shutters. Luxurious bathroom. And then that beautiful spacious green private garden with several seating areas. What a pity we could only stay here so briefly, would have liked to stay longer! The only downside is that there is only 1 bedroom, so daughter was in the room with us. In terms of space, an extra room could easily have been made. It's nice that a crate was a duplo. And even a laundry room. Many windows/light so you can enjoy the beautiful view everywhere and enter the garden through the sliding door. Nice playground nearby. Friendly host, responds quickly to messages.
