The apartment has been completely renovated in 2014 and is fully furnished. A new kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove with oven is available. Bathroom is equipped with shower and tub, toilet. Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and large mirror. Living room with couch that can be used as a 2nd bed, a cosy reading corner with lots of reading reading, TV and balcony. The dining area invites you to play longer. Games are there, of course. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. 2 pers. 50 Euro, every extra person 15 Euro, Children up to 1 year old are free, all persons must be registered!!!!!

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly on the nature reserve and is an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 sqm and has its own entrance. The apartment has its own parking space and a small front garden .

With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed.
