We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Our apartment is centrally and quietly located in a side street of Bärenstein. The apartment is on the first floor. The upper floor is occasionally used by the landlord. The apartment has a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. A fireplace is available for cozy hours (wood can be purchased on request for a small fee). There are three bedrooms. A baby crib can be provided on request. Vehicles can be parked directly in front of the apartment.

The Erzgebirge Suite Altes Rathaus is an exclusive, spacious holiday apartment for up to 8 people. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

20 years ago we renovated this house, which is one of the oldest in the city, with a lot of our own work. Our 4 children have breathed a lot of life into it all. Now they have left the nest and left some space. That's why we have furnished this beautiful apartment for you, even with a toddler. We'd like to introduce you to Ortrud. This older lady was built in 1820. It is named after its previous owner, the village school teacher, who spent her life in this "Haisel." Since July 2021, we have been building and renovating our cottage. We have tried to preserve the nostalgic charm and combine it with modern details. If you feel comfortable in such an atmosphere, you are in good hands and very welcome in our Ortrud.
