Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. The apartment has a 180cm wide box spring bed, a large TV, Wi-Fi, couch (extendable to a sofa bed), several wardrobes, a kitchen, toilet incl. shower and a large balcony. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters!
