A large part of it is at your disposal, Relax in this romantic spot surrounded by nature, not far from Stuttgart and the Swabian Alps. Super nice, modern, well-equipped and super clean apartment. We'd love to come back. For us, the location is not ideal, but the value for money is much better than in the more centrally located Filderstadt hotels!

Atila's apartment was very nicely decorated and well equipped. Even a few sweets and snacks were ready for us, which we found very attentive. We felt right at home. The garage was very practical, where we could park our bikes and the bike carrier, the car was safely right in front of the house. Thanks, Atila!

I would like to thank Nikolina for a perfect stay! I was allowed to be a guest for about 2 1/2 months and always felt comfortable. The apartment is ideal for short-term employees and is ideally connected to public transport, so that Stuttgart city center can be reached quickly. Future residents need to take almost nothing with them, as really everything is available that is needed to live! Therefore, I would always book this apartment again. Mike

Because the bathroom door turns in the narrow bathroom, the situation becomes even narrower. (The door could have turned better in the bedroom.) There is a good and pleasant walk-in shower. Both the bedroom and living room/ kitchen very spacious with everything you need. No television available, but good WiFi to watch television on phone. Irina and Tobias are very friendly and accommodating. We were there for family visits nearby and is certainly repeatable.
