Willkommen in meiner Unterkunft. Die Souterrain-Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich zentral in Esslingen. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse. In die Stadt sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bahn-und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man sehr schnell in Stuttgart und an der Landesmesse Stuttgart/Flughafen. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit einer modernen Küche und Bad ausgestattet. Es stehen insgesamt ca.30 qm zur Verfügung. Wir leben im selben Haus mit zwei kleinen Kindern

The private living space (24 square meters), with separate entrance, fireplace, double bed, private bathroom (shower and toilet) is located in the quiet old town center of Wendlingen. The highway and (S-) train can be reached in a few minutes. Direction: Stuttgart city center (30 minutes), airport/trade fairs (15 minutes) as well as Reutlingen, Metzingen and Tübingen (30 minutes). Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located right next to the bus stop and there is a bus service to the airport, which is only 12 minutes away by car. There are also a couple of cafés and supermarkets in the area. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.

In addition, we have also thought of most of what you need for everyday life. The warm summer evenings are approaching and on the associated terrace (about 20 m²) you can end the evening comfortably.
