Super quiet accommodation in close proximity to the church, whose bells are not noisy. Everything within walking distance... center, sights, cafes, restaurants, nightlife, swimming pool and cinema. We were excited by the beams of the whole space. Some people may be discouraged by stairs, but for the average person, they're okay. We also liked the mocha pot and the coffee jar. It was also nice to sit in the yard. We can highly recommend it.

Everything went according to the agreement, without a single mess. The house is small but surprisingly spacious and ergonomically furnished inside. The price of the accommodation is very good compared to hotels in Kutna Hora. Living in TinyHouse is probably a lot about habit, but it's a good fit for me. But I might not recommend only people with inferior mobility, the beds are upstairs and the stairs are steeper and narrower due to the limited space. A young family with children +6 ket is perfectly fine, you can also sleep on the sofa on the ground floor if a smaller child wouldn't take the stairs. Fully equipped kitchen - stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, pod coffee maker, basic dishes. Possibility to park behind a closing gate, you can sit on the covered patio. We stayed at outdoor temperatures of 10-12 degrees, heating panels through the heat pump, I would probably not be afraid in winter, the insulation seems good, even the quality of the windows, no coldness from them. Close to a very tasty cafe with desserts and own roaster.

Misha was a wonderful host! She came out and introduced herself and gave me local recommendations about getting around the city. You can hear everything from the Airbnb but it was never a distraction or disturbance. Bed was super comfy and the free drinks in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch.

The accomodation was exactly as described and seen in the pictures and was excellent value as well as being within walking distance of the many things to see and do in Kutna Hora. A beautiful accomodation in a beautiful town, would highly recommend especially for the price.
