On the second floor, there is an 8-tatami Japanese-style room, a 4.5-tatami Japanese-style room, and a 9-tatami Western-style room with a piano overlooking the sea. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this is a quiet and calm environment where you can enjoy writing and reading. The kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, electric pot, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots, dishes, and other necessities. There is a laundry room and a large drying space on the 2nd floor veranda. The bathroom has large windows and high ceilings, making it a pleasant space. Kita Kamakura is a green area with many Zen temples. This [Sumika Tanshukusha] is located on the hillside, up the trail and stairs leading to the mountain. In spring, there is fresh green, in summer, there are plenty of leaves, in autumn, there are yellow and red leaves, and in winter, you can see the Great Ship Kannon behind the branches that have fallen. There is no parking lot because it is only accessible by stairs.
