Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Konak

Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first check-in, I told him that everyone had talked about him and that there were very nice comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I've never seen a host who was so helpful, polite, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we were going to take the ferry. So you'll really understand when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. There's a garden in the back. But the best thing was getting to know Mr. Mustafa. I highly recommend it.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Rumeysa is a super host! Super lovely and admirable as well. The house is so tastefully decorated with small details you can spend hours to discover. Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

The house felt like our own home with its colors and layout. Ms. Serap, who contacted us, always acted like a very loving and friendly sister. He offered us conveniences both at our check-in and check-out. He was always open to helping. The items in the house were more than enough for us. We so much enjoyed our time. Thank you so much. 👌🏻

The accommodation is huge and very comfortable. All amenities new and clean. Everything was wonderful. We wanted to have a room a little darker. Curtains were quickly provided. There was always someone there for all questions. We highly recommend this place.

Gurcan is a good host. The apartment had everything you need: iron, hairdryer, microwave etc. He was always in touch and responded quickly for messages. Gurcan met us at the bus station. Thanks for the hospitality!

There was no problem except for the smell of dampness at the entrance of the house. The location of the house and the house were good. I'd like to stay in this house when I come back to Izmir.

The house was clean and tidy. The only thing missing from the house was the kitchen supplies, there were no cups, no coffee pots, no tea kettle. We had a calm and peaceful 2 days.

Atilla’s communication is 5 stars - everything was super easy and he was very responsive at all times and arranged everything to be as easy as possible. The place is beautiful and has good amenities, market and coffee shops close by. You can reach the metro in 10 minute walk (although don’t follow Google maps directions!) highly recommended and will definitely stay in Atilla’s place again. Thanks so much! ☺️

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

Can bey was a very friendly, attentive host who went out of his may to make sure our stay was comfortable and trouble free. The apartment was easy to locate and easy to enter. Once inside, everywhere was very clean and just as the photos showed. I would definately recommend thia apartment and hope to be back if I visit İzmir again. Thank you Can bey!

The location of the house is very calm and quiet; it is suitable for those who want to get away from the crowd of the city center and relax. It may be necessary to use public transport to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb a hill to get home after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Mrs. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

We had a wonderful time staying at Berrin’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.

The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.
