The apartment is at the first entrance and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel private ,peaceful and positive.

The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.
